Adrenaline beats fatigue: our first encounter with the Vertical City.
The journey begins in the afternoon with our landing at Newark. From the highway, the city skyline already rises on the horizon, taking our breath away and officially welcoming us to the Big Apple.

Just enough time to drop off our luggage before diving into the beating heart of the city: Times Square. The impact of the lights and billboards is dazzling and magnificent.

We move along Fifth Avenue to admire Gothic architecture set against the skyscrapers, then head toward one of the most famous complexes in the world.

We enjoy a long, pleasant walk along Fifth Avenue to Bryant Park, a wonderful green oasis nestled among the buildings, tidy and welcoming.

Despite the long flight and the early wake-up, excitement wins over fatigue. We head north again to Rockefeller Center and climb to the observation deck. New York from above at night is an endless carpet of lights that rewards every effort.
